Taiwan Railway celebrates 132nd anniversary exhibition, create immersive AR interactive APP together with MIFLY

Since Liu Mingchuan, the first governor in Ming Dynasty in Taiwan, laid the"Taiwan Railways Administration" in 1887, the Taiwan Railway has a history of nearly 132 years, connecting the inch-sized land from north to south. To celebrate the 132th anniversary of the"Taiwan Railways Administration" , Bureau of "Taiwan Railways Administration" held an "Exhibition on the Painting of Taiwan Railway and Taiwan's Architectural Heritage" in the lobby of Taipei Station. A total of 50 paintings were exhibited in the exhibition. Taiwan’s historical heritage buildings were counted based on railway culture. They were completed by 29 well-known painters and young painters. They also published an exquisite album “Painting Taiwan Railway and Taiwan’s Architectural Heritage Paintings”, and “ "Tie Zhilu Going Forward-Taiwan Railway Tracking Journey" manual, so that people can use the manual to take railroads to visit historical architectural attractions in various places.
In order to make the exhibition more interactive and educational, the Taiwan Railway Bureau hereby creates a powerful exhibition app together with MIFLY , which has strong AR technology, and the public can use the following functions:1. There is a question and answer function system in the app, so that the public can answer questions while watching the exhibition, and have in-depth learning and memory in mind.
2. Scan the picture collection to view the introduction and participate in the prize event.
3. The AR scratch game allows users to experience a sense of technology.
4. Special design can take photos with augmented reality (AR) creation displayed in APP .
Director Zhang Zhengyuan of "Taiwan Railways Administration" mentioned that the purpose of the exhibition is to commemorate the 132-year history of Taiwan’s railway, which is closely related to modern world. Furthermore , construction of Railways assists economic infrastructure for today's society. After the event, the public can have AR photos to share the new exhibition experience with friends and family.
