MAKAR provides trial account free of charge for user to try out the software, the free account comes with limited features.
Free: Publish 2 AR/VR projects, allow scanning of 3000 times.
Standard: Publish 25 AR/VR projects, unlimited scans (register and verify a Free account to access Standard account feature for 1 month, without payment)
Advanced: Publish 50 AR/VR projects, unlimited scans.
Studio: Publish 100 AR/VR projects, unlimited scans.

Q1: If my free account has expired, what should I do?
A1: You look at our subscription options.
Q2: If my account has expired, what would happen to my published project?
A2: The projects would be automatically set to unpublished, but they remain on your account.
Q3: My free account projects come with watermark, how shaould I remove it?
Q3: Free account comes with watermark and it cannot be removed. However you can consider other subscriptions without watermark.
Q4: Any special package for enterprise or school?
A4: Absolutely, please talk to us.
Q5: Can I build a WebAR project with all types of account, except Free account?
A5: Yes, you can build WebAR with all types of account, except Free account
Q6: During the 1 month full featurre access period of my Free account, would I be able to build WebAR?
A6: No, WebAR are only offered on paid subscriptions.
Account Verification Problem
If you have not received MAKAR account verification letter after registering an account, there are 2 possibilities:1. Verification letter went to spam or advertisement mailboxes.
2. Wrong email address.
Please check your account details on MAKAR official website login and proceed with resend a verification letter.
1. Login your account on MAKAR website and check your email address.
2. Correct the email address if there is an error, then press on "Send re-verification letter" button to send a new letter.
3. Go to your mailbox, click on the verification link to complete the process
